We recently had the honor of being invited to the University of Minnesota as guest speakers. It was a true delight to meet so many wonderful people and feel so welcome. We're very grateful to Msgr. Rutherford Cardinal Johnson and all the other amazing people who made the trip possible.
It was a marvelous experience to speak at the University of Minnesota, Crookston. Our first talk on Tuesday, The Past Is A Foreign Country: Understanding Historical Diversity Through Cultural Studies Techniques, was open to the whole campus and we had a good turnout. Next we led a round-table discussion with the business school about integrating work and life. In the evening, the whole community was invited to hear us speak about historical living in the modern world. A marvelous experience, all around!
